I really did pick an apt name for this blog. It’s been too long since I’ve had sex on the brain in any way, for any amount of time. Buying a house, moving, unpacking, cleaning, and taking part in yard work to make an apathetic yard look better will leave you a little tired and distracted I guess. Or something.

It’s been just over 2 months since we moved and it’s finally feeling more normal, less, well, wow.

Note to self: waterproof vibrator needs new batteries.

Rain, homework and a date

I have a date tonight! J. and I have a reservation at a nice restaurant that is practically down the street. Weather today is less than…stellar… but hopefully it won’t cause any issues. This is day 2 of rain.. and it might turn into ice.

And then there’s homework. Need to be doing homework.

A Spanking

Early in the week, I asked for a spanking simply for the sake of having a spanking. J. tried to get more information about what I meant, and I couldn’t really answer his questions.

Well, after I got my spanking… after he’d laid into me pretty hard… after I’d stopped crying. Then I realized what a spanking for the sake of spanking meant. It meant getting a spanking and having the freedom to react in any way. It meant J. would give the spanking and do what seemed right. That’s different from maintenance or stress relief.

Oh, and I’m surprised my ass doesn’t hurt. A hot shower might effect that though. I guess I’ll find out later.

I’ve decided…

This blog is basically done, at least for now. I’ve lost interest in continuing it or more to the point, I’ve lost interest in sharing things here I’ve shared in the past. That doesn’t mean I suddenly don’t have anything to post about it just means I don’t have much content! So, for now, I’ll be putting energy into other things. That means don’t take this blog off your RSS feed but don’t hold your breath waiting for new posts.

People have heard this before. I’m not deleting the blog or turning it private or doing anything drastic. Yet. (grin) I’m still debating how/when/what to focus on if I pay more attention to my “normal” blog. I need to re-evaluate things. I have more time for husband-wife time if I’m not writing blog posts…and it seems J. and I appear to be picking up where we left off, or where we would be if we hadn’t missed a few weeks.

Vitamins

In case anyone is interested… The vitamins I mention here… omg! Amazing changes with my last period. I’m interested to see if my cycle length changes any as well. Like J. didn’t even remember my first day of my period was my first day of my period. I was able to function!

I’ll share specifics for anyone interested. Probably no one is, but I’m throwing it out just in case. I had done some googling (and looking at site more reputable than web md . com and discovered I was a few months away from looking like I have PMDD. So. Yea. Vitamins in large doses, since they work, are definitely better than something like anti-depressants (again).

It’s alive!

I’ve been so focused on school, getting enough sleep, seeing my husband, reading, and otherwise not going crazy I haven’t even bothered making a post saying I’ll not be posting.

I figured it became rather obvious. So yes, I’m still alive. I’m still busy with school. Boring, I know. I’ve finished one of my huge papers which is actually due tomorrow so I guess some of the pressure is letting up. I still have another paper to finish which is due tomorrow though!

We haven’t even had/taken the time for much fun. It was last month that a spanking last happened here. Feels like eternity. Eternity. And well, when you don’t even take time for spankings, sex, and much cuddles, you sure as hell don’t have time for blog posts!

I’ve even pondered changing posting time, what I post, etc. Needless to say I haven’t done that.

LOLCat Wednesday

Oh and it’s been icky float away down the river rainy today. …and I had to crawl outta bed at 9 something to clean up cat poop on the carpet in the bathroom (I went to be at 3 am)…
